Nano stone protection
TCM NANO STONE is a product of chemical nano-technology. It is an intelligent anti-stick coating for porous and absorbent silicate surfaces, such as sand stone, concrete, concrete blocks, terracotta, earthenware, various more absorbent types of fine stoneware, security tiles, etc., for indoor and outdoor use.
It achieves a permanent chemical compound with the substrate surface and reduces , at the same time , the surface tension (repellent effect).
The protected surfaces are, to a very high extent, water, oil and dirt repellent.
Furthermore, they show considerable resistance against acids, solvents and cleaning agents. A UV-stable, naturally -breathing protective layer is achieved, which is very machine-resistant and does not affect appearance.
The impregnated surfaces are high-pressure cleaner resistant (50-60 bar) as well as temperature resistant (up to 450° Celsius), h ardening at normal room temperature. The cleaning of protected surfaces is considerably simplified due to the anti-stick effect. Organic substances, such as algae, moss, etc. cannot adhere anymore (for example: on facades). Furthermore, surfaces are safely protected from frost and dew, as well as from cracking by frost.
